Margin thresholds depend on annual turnover (total orders/year) and range from a 13% discount on structures up to a net value of PLN 100,000 up to a 23% discount for amounts above PLN 2,000,000 net turnover/year.
- Distribution of 12 small halls of 12m x 12m per year
- Average price of the structure about 90 800 PLN net
- Your construction margin of 10% – that is, a unit margin of about £9,080 net per hall
- Your annual margin – £90,800 net
- In addition, once the threshold of 1,000,000 is exceeded, you will receive an additional 5% margin, which in this case is an additional PLN 45,400 net.
- In total, you can earn a net margin of £135,000
- You will earn additional margin on: ground work, assembly, hall draping.
