HalMod HM1233
HM1233
can successfully prove itself as a structure
for a production workshop, a craft workshop, an automobile workshop, as a storage hall, a hall for agricultural crops, or as a livestock facility such as a poultry house or a pigsty
Basic dimensions of the hall
-
Width of the front wall of the hall
12.8 m -
Height of the side wall of the hall
3.3 m -
Height at ridge
4.3 m -
Minimum length of the hall
12.8 m (3 modules) -
Maximum length of the hall
the length of the hall forms a multiple of the module (in the so-called light equal to 4 m) and is virtually unlimited - Symmetrical gable roof with a slope of 12°
The hall module is the basic element that forms the structure of the hall.
It has a width of 4.19 m, and its multiples form the length of the hall (4.19 m is the width of the module including the frame columns, and 4 m is the width of the so-called “light” of the module, i.e. the space between the columns).

The construction of the hall is complete
– includes all the elements necessary for self-assembly of the hall by the customer, i.e. bolts of higher strength class, washers, nuts, hall bracing with turnbuckles, and, what is worth noting, side and front wall transoms, which allows the installation of hall wall cladding in technology suitable for the customer (trapezoidal sheets or sandwich panels).
Additional elements
-
Door adapter
- which allows you to install the entrance door in the hall wall at your convenience. -
Gate adapter
- which allows you to install standard gates generally available on the market in the hall wall.
-
Foundational footings
- made of reinforced concrete allowing the hall structure to be founded on them; each footing has M20 bolts brought out to allow the column of the hall structure to be bolted to it.
Advantages of HalMod modular steel hall structures
High quality components – profiles made of galvanized structural steel with additional ribbing to strengthen the stability of the structure.
Ease and speed of assembly of the structure – the assembly time is three times faster compared to traditional steel hall structures; the structure does not require welding work, heavy steel structures, so even with their own tools, the customer is able to erect the structure according to the specifics of the project in a relatively short time.
REMEMBER
- The modularity of HalMod halls allows easy expansion of the facility in case of changes in the customer's demand for the area of the hall facility in use by adding more hall modules, as well as the possibility of reusing the hall structure, which can be dismantled and the modules moved or renovated for reuse.
- The hall design assumes structural calculations with loads corresponding to 3 snow zones and 1 wind zone.
- HalMod Group, as a manufacturer of modular hall structures , handles the development of the structure's design, its production and the actual assembly of the hall. On the investor's side is the completion of documents, formulation of applications, obtaining permits, supervision of the investment, execution of earthworks, foundations, floors, branch installations and landscaping.
